At Caversham Prep, there are three school terms per year, Autumn, Spring, and Summer. School fees are charged in advance before the start of the term and extras are charged in arrears at the end of the term.

The Pre-School Nursery Class can be booked on a session basis, e.g. 5 mornings per week, or 2 days per week as required, and prices are prorated based on this. We also offer full wrap around care 8am-6pm as required.

Yes - Please contact the bursar to arrange to pay your fees either over three equal payments per term (9 payments per year), or 12 payments per year via direct debit.
Yes we do! We have an electric minibus, and offer a door-to-door collection service in the morning and drop off in the evening.
Yes! We accept Tax Free Childcare for the payment of fees in the nursery and up to and including the term that your child turns 5. After that, we accept Tax Free Childcare for wrap around care, holiday clubs, and most activities not in the school day like after school clubs.
